Botticelli Specialty is the new espresso coffee machine for enthusiast home-barista, who want delicious espresso like in coffee bars.

Dual boiler machine, with “BPPC” system (Brewing Pressure Profiling Control), equipped with competition shower screen and filters on the brewgroup. During the coffee brewing, the water pressure on the coffee puck can be adjusted with the BPPC mechanism, obtaining this way the best result in the cup with every variety of coffee beans.

The pressure profile can be controlled real-time with the gauge fit on the brew-group. Better thermostability of the independent coffee boiler, controlled by PID system.

Description

Higher steam and hot water performances, with independent boiler controlled by PID system. The commercial-grade rotary pump, which works with both the water reservoir and the direct water connection, completes the advanced technical features of this model.

Shower screen “Competizione”, with top performance and photo-engraved membrane with 200 μm filtering capacity. Improves the water flow on the coffee puck, its extremely smooth surface offers unmatched sanitary and non-contaminating qualities.

Filter “Competizione”, with convex base for the best combination with naked filter holders.

“Competizione” perforation, with precise, even and uniform 0.30 mm holes.

Improved surface by electropolishing process, which eliminates the iron oxide, resulting in a better and shinier material. This process also acts inside the holes, thus improving the perforation compared to standard. Filters are tested individually, and marked La Pavoni.
