The Eureka Atom Excellence 75 is a high-quality espresso grinder equipped with 75mm flat steel burrs, Eureka’s ACE anti-static system, and silent-grind technology. Its updated housing design increases stability during grinding by adding around 5 lbs of weight, making it suitable for handling large volumes of espresso grinding, especially in commercial settings.

The Eureka Atom Excellence 75 stands out as a high-performance grinder, producing an impressive 3.3–4.8 grams per second. Its patented ACE anti-static system ensures fluffy, clump-free grounds. In addition, its silent-grind technology, powered by a 1400 RPM motor, makes it exceptionally quiet.The stepless grind adjustments are designed for precise dialing in. The bottom burr is the one that moves when adjusting size, making it easy to remove the top burr for cleaning without losing your grind setting.

Eureka has made updates to the housing and portafilter fork of the Atom line of grinders. These improvements aim to enhance stability during operation and allow for hands-free grinding without concerns of the portafilter slipping out. The upgraded fork is adjustable to accommodate any type of portafilter, whether it’s bottomless or spouted.
